God Is Your Source Just Rely On Him!

For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace as in all churches of the saints. I Corinthians 14:33

Mixed up is what can be said about my everything drawer. I have a place where I just put everything. It does not make sense at all and amazingly enough I can find things most of the time when I put them in there. I want to get more organized and have things in their proper place. In thinking of that drawer it reminds of my life before I came to the realization God knows best and how to remove me from the mixed up drawer to his dresser of righteousness and order.

We tend as a society to mix things up today. We confuse sex with love,we confuse loudness with importance, we confuse numbers with success,we confuse playacting with reality. We confuse license with liberty, we confuse activity with accomplishments. We confuse noise with courage, we confuse power with authority, and we confuse selfish manipulation with submission to God. A whole nation can fall down and think it is progressing upward. William Blake wrote a poem regarding this: The life's dim windows of the soul Distorts the heavens from pole to pole And leads you to believe a lieWhen you see 'with' and not 'through' the eye.

What does that mean. Speaking as a woman I know the answer. Part of a woman's gift is to see soulfully. It takes looking at things through your heart and soul, thoughtfully with God's wisdom and guidance, and much prayer to discern. We are all so vulnerable in this tricky world and yet so needy of the LORD. And Jesus promises to supply all of our needs:
Need something created out of nothing?~Elohim
Need help from the Person in charge?~Adonai
Need a promise keeper covenant keeper?~Jehovah
Need the Most High God who has everything?~El Eyon
Need the God who has the say so?~El Shaddai
Need the God who sees?~El Roi
Sheep? In need of a shepherd?~Jehovah Rophe
Need the LORD of hosts?~Jehovah Sabboath
Need provision?~Jehovah Jireh

My grandmother Jessie said to me in church one Sunday, "He is the doctor in the hospital, the lawyer in the courtroom, your Mother, your Father, your closest Friend."

Praise the LORD right now! HE IS THE AUTHOR AND THE FINISHER OF YOUR FAITH! HE IS THE GREAT I AM!

*Thank you for being in this group. Have a very blessed day! Share a smile and Jesus with someone.
